Wings & Wheels is the Front Royal–Warren County Airport’s annual fly-in and vintage car show, bringing together aviation enthusiasts and car lovers for a fun, family-friendly day on the airfield. Guests can explore a variety of aircraft and classic cars up close, meet pilots and car owners, and experience the airport in a unique, hands-on way.
Join us Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM for this family-friendly event featuring an AOPA WINGS credit seminar, food trucks, face painting, and pancakes. Admission is free and the event is open to the public—come on out and enjoy a great day at the airport!
The Great
Pumpkin Drop
The Great Pumpkin Drop is a one-of-a-kind fall event where pumpkins take flight! Watch as pumpkins are dropped from an aircraft onto a target below, creating a fun and exciting spectacle for all ages. Enjoy a spooktacular day filled with family-friendly activities including face painting, a bounce house, a costume contest, raffles, crafts, pancakes, and food trucks.
Admission is free, and the event is held at the Front Royal–Warren County Airport.
